The Mini-School students have been divided into two class groups; the unemployed and the employed. Linda Douglas has the working people in her class.
At the beginning of the school year these students decided to form a corporation. It was decided that the corporation would be called “Plants Unlimited” selling all sorts of plants. Any profit made by sales goes directly into the Mini-School fund. The money in the fund is used for purchasing equipment for the program. Also it helps to make it possible for Mini-School students to take trips and other outside learning experiences.
There is a display in the display cases by the attendance office and the plants are being sold in room 242. All items for sale are made in this room.
The students in this class have done all the macrameing and have used their imaginations to put together the terrariums and other creative potted plants.
Plants Unlimited is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to noon. Please feel free to come up and look around. If you don’t see what you came looking for, but have an idea of what you would like, order forms are available for your convenience. We hope to see you soon!
