By Tim Miller
This movie was a refreshing change from the standard way of looking at good guys and the bad guys. In this movie Mel Gibson plays “Porter”, a man out for revenge on Gregg Henry who plays another bad guy named “Val”. Throughout the whole movie Porter (Gibson) is trying to get his share of a robbery that Val and he committed. In doing so he loses his wife to a heroin addiction, beats up everyone who is breathing and some how manages to get his share of the money. Oh, did I mention that it’s only seventy thousand dollars and it costs him two toes?
If you are looking for a fun movie with a different point of view I HIGHLY recommend this film. Four out of five stars.
