Stress is an applied force or system of forces that tends to strain or deform a body. It is a mental or emotional, disruptive or disquieting influence. Stress is something that affects everyone. Everyday, things are constantly going on. Your responsibilities, your job, your relationships, your schedule all contribute to stress. It’s how you cope with these bricks in your path that either brings on stress or relieves it.
